Role overview
Assess and improve the reliability of deployed safety technology at healthcare customer sites. You will independently investigate system performance, identify risks, recommend remediation, and coordinate work through verified resolution, advising customer and internal stakeholders along the way.
Responsibilities
- Review system health across assigned customer sites, including network performance, coverage, connectivity, and hardware operation. - Analyze findings to identify root causes, recurring patterns, and risks to site operations. - Compare remediation options and develop plans that set out priorities, resources, and expected outcomes. - Explain technical findings and recommendations to customer stakeholders and internal account teams. - Coordinate approved work across field technicians, service partners, and internal technical teams; validate results and determine whether further action is needed. - Document investigations and share recurring issues and improvement ideas.
Requirements
- Experience assessing and troubleshooting connected hardware, network connectivity, and system performance. - Ability to investigate moderately complex technical problems, weigh alternatives, prioritize risks, and recommend practical solutions. - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, including explaining technical matters to nontechnical audiences. - Ability to coordinate across teams and partners, work independently in healthcare settings, and recognize when to escalate. - Willingness to travel about 50% to customer sites across the United States and meet site credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination and drug screening. - Able to support onsite work, including lifting equipment up to 40 pounds and using ladders safely.
Benefits and work setup
The position offers flexible location and requires substantial customer-site travel. The listed base salary range is $75,000–$85,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
