About this role
Role overview This senior individual-contributor role sits at the intersection of data and go-to-market teams, turning raw information into the dashboards, KPIs, and analyses that shape decisions for Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales. Reporting to the Director of Data Strategy & Analytics, the position is a hands-on partner who translates stakeholder questions into clear analytical approaches and helps build self-service and AI-enabled tools that broaden data access across the organization.
Responsibilities - Build, maintain, and continuously improve Tableau dashboards and reports covering pipeline, bookings, renewals, product usage, campaign performance, and other key business metrics. - Define, document, and align KPIs across reports, and deliver recurring business performance reporting and forecasting that executives rely on for planning. - Conduct in-depth analyses of revenue, customer, and operational data—covering campaign attribution, account scoring, pipeline health, and retention/churn drivers—and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations through data storytelling. - Query and validate data in a cloud data warehouse using SQL, translate stakeholder needs into data requirements, and partner with analytics engineering on new or enhanced data models. - Act as a day-to-day analytics partner to Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales, scoping requests, setting expectations, and helping prioritize work with the Director. - Contribute to self-service dashboards, AI agents, and conversational analytics tools, support stakeholder enablement, and identify opportunities to automate recurring work.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, data science, analytics, or a related field. - 5+ years in an analytical role, ideally supporting sales, marketing, customer success, or business operations. - Advanced proficiency in Tableau (or a comparable BI tool) and strong SQL skills for querying a cloud data warehouse such as Redshift. - Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM and with Excel, plus experience working with curated data models built by data or analytics engineering teams. - Demonstrated success producing business-driven dashboards, defining meaningful KPIs, and running go-to-market analyses such as campaign attribution, pipeline analysis, or churn analysis. - Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Nice to have - Familiarity with Dbt, plus Python or R for statistical analysis. - Interest or experience with AI-assisted analytics tools such as AI agents, natural language query interfaces, or LLM-driven analytics. - Experience within a SaaS B2B or B2G organization.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first work environment for employees based in the US, with reimbursement to help cover the cost of setting up a home office and a requirement for reliable broadband connectivity.
