Mexico Localization QA

Role overview This remote contractor role focuses on checking how mobile apps work for users in Mexico, including localized content, everyday features, and payment journeys. You will test apps on iOS and Android, compare competing products, and report findings that can guide improvements. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, with a one-hour lunch break; payment is hourly.

Responsibilities - Test app installation and updates, account creation and sign-in, onboarding, core features, promotions, privacy behavior, network conditions, and device compatibility. - Verify international payment flows, including order handling, transaction records, and cancellations across carrier and bank card scenarios. - Assess competing iOS and Android products for usability, functionality, and network performance. - Capture screen recordings when useful and document issues clearly through resolution. - Prepare reports summarizing testing activity, bugs, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements - Hands-on experience with localization, payment, and competitor testing on iOS and Android. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear issue documentation and communication. - Proficient written and spoken English. - Careful, organized work habits and ability to deliver to tight deadlines. - Availability for the stated weekday schedule.

Nice to have - Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
