Remote job
Senior Product Manager, Enterprise (Remote)
Job details
About this role
Role overview
A senior product manager is needed to lead the enterprise product of a healthcare-focused AI platform that helps providers run safer, more compliant patient visits at scale. The role owns every customer-facing surface area of a B2B SaaS product used by hundreds of thousands of clinicians across the United States, along with the integrations and implementation workflows that bring large organizations onto the platform. It suits a hands-on PM who thrives on messy enterprise data, real deployment timelines, and shipping product that providers actually adopt.
Responsibilities
- Drive problems end-to-end, including discovery, definition, build, launch, and post-launch follow-through. - Own the customer-facing product surface: web application, notifications, reporting, API, and permissions/administration. - Lead the EMR integration roadmap, deciding what to build versus buy and turning one-off integration projects into repeatable configurations. - Run large enterprise rollouts, accountable for time-to-value, while productizing the smaller implementations so the team scales without adding headcount. - Partner closely with engineering on data models, permissions, and technical tradeoffs rather than acting as a relay. - Work with sales, customer success, implementation, and live customer administrators to bring frontline feedback back into the roadmap.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS company with a high product bar, with shipped work to point to. - Deep collaboration with engineering organizations and comfort discussing APIs, integrations, and data models in technical detail. - Track record of owning a product with real enterprise customers and real consequences, ideally including integrations or implementation work. - Clear, concise communication style that can hold a line on priorities across engineering, go-to-market, and customers. - Ability to learn new domains quickly, including healthcare compliance, and willingness to go deep on subject matter. - Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and enough technical fluency to prototype, query databases, or read code.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare data or EMR/EHR integrations. - Background in delivery, forward-deployed, or implementation-adjacent product roles.
Benefits and work setup
- Base compensation range of $200,000–$250,000. - 401(k) retirement savings plan and equity compensation. - Medical, dental, and vision coverage with premiums covered up to 100% for employee and family, plus HSA and FSA options. - Unlimited paid time off and 11 paid holidays per year. - Training and professional development support. - Remote-friendly setup with a hybrid schedule option for employees near a primary office.
