Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview Own the full stack that connects an AI agent platform to the businesses it serves, from client-facing dashboards to internal tooling and integrations. This role sits at the intersection of product, infrastructure, and applied AI, shipping features end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain client dashboards for monitoring agent performance, conversations, and business metrics. - Develop APIs and integration layers that connect agents to external systems such as POS, CRM, and booking platforms. - Create internal tools for configuring, deploying, and debugging agents in production. - Design and implement real-time data pipelines for agent telemetry and analytics. - Partner closely with the AI team to build interfaces that support agent training and evaluation. - Ship features end-to-end, from database schema through to polished user interface.

Requirements - Three or more years of full-stack development experience. - Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with React on the front end and Node.js on the back end. - Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL and Redis. - Comfort designing and consuming REST and WebSocket APIs. - A sharp eye for clean, polished UI/UX with real attention to detail. - Ability to stay effective in a fast-moving startup where priorities can shift quickly.

Nice to have - Experience with real-time systems or event-driven architectures. - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and working alongside ML engineers. - Prior work building B2B SaaS products or operational dashboards. - Domain experience in hospitality or operations technology.
