Senior Service Rep. T&O

Role overview This role provides operational and service support for an investment operations function, handling product and service processes while maintaining compliance with financial and regulatory controls. It is a remote position focused on accurate, timely transaction processing, reporting, and stakeholder support across the customer shared services group.

Responsibilities - Process transactions, service requests, and queries within defined service-level agreements - Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards - Check, reconcile, and validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness of records - Analyze data and information to surface insights, identify issues, and recommend next steps - Respond to internal and external stakeholder inquiries with accurate, consistent, and knowledgeable answers - Collaborate on the development or improvement of processes, systems, and training tools

Requirements - Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally supported by a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience - Working knowledge of the relevant systems, technology, products, and processes used by the business unit - Understanding of the risk and regulatory requirements that apply to investment operations - Strong prioritization, organization, customer service, and collaboration skills - Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear verbal and written communication - Proficiency with standard PC tools including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
