Senior NetSuite Manufacturing Consultant

Role overview Lead customer-facing NetSuite manufacturing implementations from discovery and solution design through go-live and adoption. This senior, hands-on role focuses on understanding operational processes and shaping practical solutions across manufacturing, inventory, planning, and order management. Some engagements also involve project-based construction financials.

Responsibilities - Own manufacturing implementation workstreams from initial discovery through go-live. - Lead design discussions with operations and finance stakeholders, translating business needs into NetSuite solutions. - Assess process gaps and delivery risks early, and guide customers through implementation and adoption. - Work across manufacturing and inventory processes, with possible involvement in project budgets, billing, and revenue recognition.

Requirements - Deep, hands-on knowledge of NetSuite manufacturing, inventory, planning, and order management. - Ability to lead customer workshops and work confidently with operations and finance stakeholders. - Experience carrying implementation work through discovery, design, and go-live.

Nice to have - Experience with barcode scanning or warehouse management system rollouts. - Exposure to demand or supply planning. - Background in discrete, process, or mixed-mode manufacturing. - Construction or project accounting knowledge, including AIA billing, WIP reporting, change orders, retainage, or percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
