About this role
Role overview Coordinate NetSuite implementation projects for construction clients from kickoff through go-live. You’ll set delivery plans, align consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, and monitor scope, timing, budget, and risks so teams can move through implementation with clear ownership.
Responsibilities - Manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects for construction clients. - Define scope, milestones, schedules, and resource plans with delivery teams and stakeholders. - Lead kickoffs, status meetings, and steering committee updates. - Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and identify risks or blockers early. - Coordinate go-live readiness and handoff to the customer success team. - Improve project management processes, templates, and delivery practices.
Requirements - At least three years managing ERP or enterprise software implementations. - Understanding of NetSuite or a comparable ERP platform. - Experience delivering projects in construction, field service, or manufacturing. - Strong coordination and communication skills for working across client and internal teams.
Nice to have - PMP, CSM, or a similar project management certification. - NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator certification. - Familiarity with AIA billing, work-in-progress reporting, or construction accounting workflows. - Experience with hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery.
