NetSuite Implementation Consultant

Role overview Lead NetSuite implementations for construction clients, guiding projects from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, training, and go-live. The work combines ERP delivery with an understanding of project-based financial processes, while coordinating with client teams and internal developers.

Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation work for construction organizations. - Lead discovery sessions, gather business needs, and document requirements. - Configure NetSuite and implement project modules covering budgets, billing, and revenue recognition. - Prepare and deliver training for client teams, then support go-live and post-launch improvements. - Maintain implementation documentation and best practices, and coordinate custom solution needs with developers.

Requirements - At least three years of NetSuite implementation experience. - Understanding of core ERP areas such as general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. - Experience with project-based accounting or the construction industry. - Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills. - Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with solid project organization skills. - Bachelor’s degree in a related field and willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.

Nice to have - NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator certification. - CPA qualification or construction accounting experience. - Familiarity with AIA billing, work-in-progress reporting, or Agile project management.
