Full Stack Engineer (Decisions Orchestration)

Role overview A full stack engineering role supporting a decisions orchestration product area, focused on shipping production code across both backend services and the frontend web stack. The position blends hands-on implementation with architectural design, contributing to a service-oriented platform that powers decision-making flows. The engineer works closely with product, analytics, and partner engineering groups to translate requirements into reliable, maintainable software.

Responsibilities - Write production-grade backend code in Kotlin or Python and frontend code using React, Redux, and TypeScript - Lead software design discussions and contribute directly to feature implementation - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and adjacent engineering teams to align on solutions - Build APIs and data models that conform to the team's service-oriented architecture - Maintain high proficiency across the stack while staying engaged in code reviews and design feedback

Requirements - 6+ years of experience as a senior full stack software engineer spanning Python or Kotlin on the backend and a modern frontend stack - Strong command of relational database best practices, including schema design, query performance, and data modeling - Solid grasp of distributed systems and awareness of how architectural choices influence scalability, performance, and maintainability - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working across teams - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to surface critical information clearly to stakeholders

Nice to have - Hands-on experience with AWS or comparable cloud providers
