Job details
About this role
Role overview A Solutions Architect role based in the US supporting a blockchain infrastructure organization's institutional offering across wallet, nodes/APIs, and staking. The position centers on serving as the go-to technical and product expert for large financial institutions, with a particular focus on US-headquartered Tier 1 banks and asset managers. It blends pre-sales engineering, solution design, and customer-facing thought leadership to advance adoption of security and MPC-based technologies.
Responsibilities - Serve as the subject matter expert on wallet, staking, and node/API products, guiding prospects through technical evaluations and implementations. - Partner with sales executives and account managers to scope requirements, run proof-of-value demonstrations, and drive enterprise deals to close. - Lead a "land and expand" strategy across large institutional accounts, including professional services engagements and tailored product rollouts. - Translate customer workflows and business needs into solution designs that maximize value and inform product enhancement priorities. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, validate feature readiness, and continuously improve offerings. - Represent the company at industry conferences and webinars, develop best-practice documentation, and deliver customized presentations to audiences ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
Requirements - 10+ years of total work experience, including at least 5 years in a solutions architect or comparable pre-sales role. - Proficiency with multiple development languages such as TypeScript, Solidity, Rust, or Go, plus blockchain SDKs and major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). - Familiarity with the institutional digital asset landscape, including operational and security concerns specific to banks, asset managers, and other regulated entities. - Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales cycles, including scoping, proof-of-value work, and technical evaluations, ideally with Tier 1 financial institutions or similarly security-conscious organizations. - Understanding of enterprise security and integration patterns, including SOC 2/ISO 27001 expectations, API authentication, and secure deployment models. - Strong written communication skills, with experience producing technical documentation, best-practice guides, and architecture diagrams.
Nice to have - Hands-on familiarity with digital asset custody, key management, and cryptographic security approaches, including MPC, HSMs, and multi-sig architectures. - Working knowledge of staking mechanics, node infrastructure, and blockchain APIs across major networks such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana.
Benefits and work setup - Base pay range of $190,000 to $225,000, reflecting the target minimum and maximum for the role across US locations; final compensation varies based on location, skills, and experience. - Position is part of a globally distributed team offering institutional-grade infrastructure with extensive protocol coverage and 24/7 support.
