Senior Solidity Engineer

Role overview Lead smart-contract architecture and delivery for client blockchain launches, taking ownership of a defined engagement area from initial problem framing through implementation. The role combines hands-on Solidity engineering with security-conscious design and contributions to shared engineering standards and team development.

Responsibilities - Deliver an assigned part of a client engagement end to end, including clarifying ambiguous requirements and shaping the work brief. - Build and contribute within a small, dedicated team. - Participate in technical reviews, develop shared standards and help improve internal tools. - Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to discipline-specific interviews. - Communicate decisions and technical reasoning clearly in writing.

Requirements - Demonstrated record of shipping work in the relevant engineering discipline. - Ability to take ownership when requirements are unclear and define a practical path forward. - Strong written communication skills for a work environment where many decisions are documented. - EU work authorization or eligibility to obtain it.

Nice to have - Smart-contract architecture experience for mainnet launches. - A Foundry-first development approach and an audit-minded engineering practice. - Comfort using assembly when appropriate.
