AI Engineer (Agents & Evals)

Role overview Design and deliver agent-based AI systems using Claude and OpenAI models, with a strong focus on evaluation and practical quality. You will own a defined part of a client engagement, turning unclear needs into a clear brief and building systems whose performance can be assessed rather than relying on demos alone.

Responsibilities - Deliver an assigned part of a client engagement end to end, including clarifying requirements and defining the work brief. - Work within a small, dedicated team. - Contribute to technical reviews, shared standards and internal tooling for the discipline. - Mentor newer colleagues and help conduct discipline-specific interviews. - Document decisions and communicate technical reasoning clearly in writing.

Requirements - A record of shipping applied AI work in the relevant discipline. - Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans. - Strong written communication for a work environment where decisions are often made in writing. - EU work authorization or eligibility to obtain it. - Strong evaluation practice and judgment about what constitutes a useful, reliable system.

Nice to have - Experience designing and shipping agentic systems with Claude or OpenAI models.
