Senior Fullstack Engineer

Role overview Own web product features end to end across backend services, frontend experiences, APIs, SDKs, and the data flows behind them. This contract role suits a hands-on engineer who can move comfortably between React and Next.js applications, Node.js or Python services, cloud infrastructure, and data integrations while maintaining strong standards for security, reliability, and testing.

Responsibilities - Design, build, test, and release user-facing features from requirements through production rollout. - Develop RESTful and occasional event-driven services with clear contracts, authentication, validation, rate limiting, idempotency, and audit support. - Create responsive, accessible dashboards, operational tools, and analytics-oriented interfaces with React, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Maintain reusable frontend SDKs containing components, hooks, utilities, and integration examples. - Collaborate on schemas, application models, data pipelines, warehouses, and APIs that expose curated datasets. - Provision infrastructure with Terraform, automate CI/CD, and improve observability through logs, metrics, traces, alerts, and runbooks.

Requirements - At least five years building and operating web applications or SaaS products as a full-stack or backend engineer. - Strong experience with a modern backend stack such as Node.js/TypeScript or Python, plus practical REST API design skills. - Proficiency with React, Next.js, and TypeScript or JavaScript, including reusable components, hooks, routing, and data fetching. - Experience with SQL, query tuning, indexing, query plans, relational databases, and application data modeling. - Familiarity with data-pipeline or warehouse integrations and with Azure or AWS application hosting, storage, identity, and monitoring. - Working knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC/JWT, infrastructure as code, automated testing, secure defaults, and production observability.

Nice to have - Experience designing frontend client libraries, analytics interfaces, data-quality checks, or contract tests. - Practical use of AI coding assistants with independent engineering judgment.
