About this role
Role overview Find practical opportunities to use AI across an organisation, then turn promising ideas into supported workflows that teams can adopt and measure. You’ll work across functions and with product and engineering partners, combining process discovery, delivery coordination, responsible-use evaluation, and impact tracking. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities - Learn how teams work through interviews and process mapping, identify pain points, and assess where AI could help. - Design and coordinate AI workflow pilots and scaled solutions with data, engineering, product, and affected teams. - Build a structured pipeline for evaluating, piloting, and scaling use cases; convert successful pilots into repeatable workflows. - Track AI adoption, effectiveness, limitations, and emerging risks, and share findings that can inform staff learning. - Assess new tools against practical criteria, including privacy, security, and responsible use. - Measure workflow and programme outcomes, help develop internal champion networks, and contribute to AI strategy across teams.
