Lead UX Designer

Role overview Lead the visual design of an AI-native productivity product, focusing on the craft of individual screens and the consistency of the system behind them. Working alongside product designers and engineers, you will set the standard for typography, layout, spacing, and component quality across surfaces. The role is hands-on and centered on shipping polished, intuitive interfaces quickly.

Responsibilities - Design high-quality user interfaces for an AI-native product - Build and maintain UI components and design systems that scale across surfaces - Refine layouts, typography, spacing, and overall visual consistency - Work closely with product and engineering to deliver pixel-accurate, buildable experiences - Continuously raise the quality bar for the product interface

Requirements - Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design work - Excellent visual design, typography, and layout skills - Experience building and maintaining design systems - Proficiency with Figma - Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Nice to have - Background shipping consumer-facing products where visual polish drove adoption - Experience partnering closely with engineers to ensure design fidelity through implementation
