Responsibilities - Develop and ship Android features in Kotlin, including flows for payments, insurance, claims, renewals, and related financial services. - Work with product and design partners to turn complex tasks into straightforward mobile journeys. - Connect app features to backend APIs and handle errors, loading states, and other edge cases. - Investigate production issues and improve responsiveness, crash rates, and memory use. - Use analytics and user behavior to guide improvements, and apply AI-assisted experiences where they help customers.

Requirements - At least three years of Android development experience with Kotlin. - Strong Android fundamentals and experience delivering production apps. - Familiarity with Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and current Android architecture practices. - Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging issues in live applications. - Sound judgment about usability, edge cases, performance, and product quality. - Ability to work independently, move quickly, and communicate clearly in English.
