DevOps Engineer, Infra

Role overview This DevOps role supports the backend infrastructure of a large global blockchain and digital-asset platform. The work spans cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, CI/CD automation, and the integration of AI tooling into operations.

Responsibilities - Design, deploy, and maintain backend infrastructure to keep production systems highly available and scalable. - Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and AliCloud, balancing performance, cost, and operational excellence. - Operate Kubernetes clusters and distributed backend systems, including monitoring and ongoing maintenance. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Ansible. - Partner with software engineers on service deployment, troubleshooting, and production operations. - Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes. - Develop internal DevOps platforms, monitoring, observability, alerting, and AI-driven automation such as ChatOps and intelligent alert analysis.

Requirements - 5+ years of hands-on experience operating Kafka and Redis in large-scale production environments. - Proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, or Java, plus SQL. - Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production. - Solid background with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform. - At least 3 years on AWS, with familiarity in GCP, Azure, or AliCloud as a plus. - Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have - Practical experience building or operating AIOps systems covering anomaly detection, alert correlation, automated healing, or root cause analysis. - Familiarity with LLM-based DevOps automation such as chat-based ops assistants or AI-driven observability workflows. - Experience integrating tools like Dify, Agno, or LangChain into operational workflows.
