Technical Project Manager

Role overview Manage software delivery from project kickoff through handover, turning client needs into plans engineering teams can execute. You will coordinate embedded engineering groups and client stakeholders, keeping scope, timing, quality, and communication aligned across projects for regulated organizations.

Responsibilities - Own delivery plans and guide software builds from kickoff to handover, balancing scope, schedule, and quality. - Serve as the main client contact, provide clear status updates, and raise risks early. - Coordinate engineering teams by tracking dependencies, resolving blockers, and keeping priorities visible. - Facilitate useful planning, standups, and retrospectives using Scrum or Kanban practices. - Document scope changes and renegotiate schedules transparently when project conditions shift. - Maintain risk tracking, delivery records, and the documentation needed for client traceability.

Requirements - Experience managing software projects that reached production. - Technical fluency in software architecture, APIs, and engineering tradeoffs. - Practical experience running Scrum or Kanban with engineering teams. - Clear written and verbal communication, including expectation setting and difficult conversations. - Strong scope and schedule management, with realistic estimation and diligent tracking. - Ability to coordinate teams and clients across Pakistan, US, and Gulf time zones.

Nice to have - An engineering background or close experience working with software development. - Delivery experience in regulated industries or with compliance and audit requirements. - Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or comparable tools; consulting or agency experience.
