Senior Software Engineer

Role overview Own full-stack delivery for enterprise software, from shaping an API and data model through building and deploying the user interface. The work spans architecture, client collaboration, production operations, and mentoring, with an emphasis on dependable systems that can meet demanding security, performance, and audit needs.

Responsibilities - Build and ship features across React, TypeScript, and Node.js, covering both frontend and backend work. - Make and document decisions about data models, service boundaries, and component design. - Work with client stakeholders to turn requirements into software and communicate progress clearly. - Write and review tested, maintainable code; guide code reviews and support other engineers through pairing and feedback. - Develop multi-tenant platforms and integrations with attention to security, reliability, and performance. - Instrument services, investigate production issues, and remain accountable for systems after launch.

Requirements - Experience building and operating production software used by real customers, with clear examples of technical decisions made. - Strong working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Node.js, including the ability to own features across the stack. - Sound judgment in architecture and tradeoffs, balancing simplicity, performance, and maintainability. - Ability to design APIs and model data in PostgreSQL or MongoDB, with understanding of caching and performance. - Based in the United States and able to maintain reliable working overlap with US client teams. - Clear, transparent communication with clients and teammates.

Nice to have - Production experience with Next.js and a cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with regulated software or meaningful compliance, security, or audit requirements. - Experience integrating LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, or other AI capabilities into production applications.
