Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native)

Role overview Lead end-to-end development of cross-platform mobile applications for enterprise use, from implementation through store release and ongoing maintenance. The work focuses on reliable iOS and Android experiences, including performance on real devices, offline behavior, and disciplined releases.

Responsibilities - Build and release production React Native applications for iOS and Android. - Add or integrate native modules when platform capabilities are needed beyond the framework. - Profile applications and address responsiveness, memory use, and startup performance. - Design local storage, caching, and synchronization for dependable operation with weak connectivity. - Structure navigation, state, and data layers in TypeScript for maintainability across releases. - Manage builds, signing, store submissions, and over-the-air updates; add tests, instrumentation, and crash reporting, and review other engineers’ work.

Requirements - Experience publishing and maintaining production iOS and Android apps used by real users. - Strong React Native knowledge, including rendering, navigation, and production-specific issues. - Strong TypeScript skills and the ability to build well-structured mobile code. - Familiarity with both native platforms, including permissions, signing, and app-store review. - Ability to use profiling tools to identify and resolve performance issues. - Clear written communication and effective coordination in a remote team.

Nice to have - Hands-on Swift or Kotlin development beyond the React Native bridge. - Familiarity with Node.js APIs and mobile integrations. - Experience with push notifications, deep links, or background tasks. - Experience with automated mobile build and release pipelines.
