Role overview Build and maintain a merchant-facing mobile app that helps business owners handle sales and customer interactions from their phones. The work focuses on dependable everyday use, including when internet access is unreliable, and covers the app lifecycle through store releases.
Responsibilities - Develop mobile workflows for viewing and managing orders. - Add timely sales notifications and customer chat features. - Design for intermittent connectivity so key tasks remain usable offline or on weak networks. - Improve speed and reliability, including on lower-end devices. - Prepare and ship app updates through mobile app stores.
Requirements - Ability to build and maintain mobile applications. - Experience designing for unreliable network conditions. - Attention to performance and reliability across a range of device capabilities. - Ability to take mobile work from implementation through release.
