Solutions Architect, Cloud Migration (Mandarin speaker required)

Role overview Lead enterprise cloud migration programs from initial assessment through migration and modernization. You will connect business goals with technical decisions, guide stakeholders, and shape secure, scalable architectures for complex environments. The position requires fluency in spoken and written Mandarin for working with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Own migration engagements end to end, including assessment, mobilization, migration, and modernization. - Set migration strategies, operating models, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. - Assess application portfolios and readiness, then recommend suitable migration approaches. - Design secure, scalable, cost-conscious landing zones and target architectures across infrastructure, applications, data, and security. - Establish architecture standards, governance, and guardrails; plan migration waves, cutovers, rollback options, and risk controls. - Work with senior stakeholders to explain options and guide technical decisions.

Requirements - Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese. - Experience leading large-scale cloud migration programs through their full lifecycle. - Ability to assess application environments and develop migration strategies and roadmaps. - Experience designing production cloud architectures, including landing zones and governance. - Strong technical leadership and consulting skills, including communication with senior stakeholders.
