Role overview
A senior architect is needed to shape the foundational technology stack for a global, security-focused organization. The position sets architectural standards, governs a modern SaaS and cloud-based workplace ecosystem, and partners with engineering and security teams to deliver scalable, identity-driven infrastructure. The work blends hands-on technical design with mentorship and long-term platform strategy in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize architectural standards for enterprise SaaS, cloud, and AI platforms, balancing performance, security, and compliance. - Design, govern, and secure the modern workplace stack (collaboration, productivity, and developer tools) using API-first governance and SaaS Security Posture Management, eliminating tool silos. - Lead the architecture of enterprise networking and data-security layers, including switching, firewall, and monitoring systems. - Build identity-centric infrastructure that enables business units to deploy tools safely through modern access protocols and governance controls. - Guide and mentor engineers during design and implementation, and produce documentation that supports long-term operability.
Requirements
- 10+ years architecting infrastructure for fast-growing, security-conscious technology organizations. - 8+ years designing Identity-as-the-Perimeter models and large-scale iPaaS integrations. - Deep hands-on experience with cloud-native, SaaS-first corporate systems design. - Proven track record building core infrastructure that supports secure, governed tool deployment.
Nice to have
- Programming proficiency and experience with API-first integration patterns for enterprise applications. - Track record rolling out Identity and Access Management programs across a global organization. - Experience designing infrastructure to support enterprise adoption of Generative AI platforms and developer tooling. - Demonstrated ability to prevent technical debt and ensure interoperability between infrastructure and broader security strategy.
Benefits and work setup
