About this role
Role overview A people leadership role managing a team of seven Service Delivery professionals responsible for implementing enterprise software and hardware solutions for customers. Based remotely in Australia with approximately 40 percent travel, the position blends hands-on technical oversight with strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and develop the Service Delivery team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture through coaching, performance reviews, and training - Manage team resourcing, allocation, and workload balance to meet project demands - Oversee execution of complex, enterprise-grade deployments, providing strategic guidance across change management, technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops - Collaborate with customer business and IT leaders to define vision, milestones, and timelines, ensuring documentation supports acceptance and revenue recognition - Maintain deep understanding of the product portfolio to guide installation, configuration, and testing of solutions including interview room systems, in-car video, activation devices, and body-worn cameras - Capture customer feature requests and issues, feeding structured feedback to sales and product management - Partner with senior directors on strategic initiatives, contributing to process improvements, resource planning, and service offering development
Requirements - Proven experience managing teams in a dynamic environment with strong leadership and talent development skills - Operating experience in digital video, mobile communications, or SaaS - Project management and resource tracking experience with strong software and hardware testing and implementation skills in complex customer environments - Comfort with basic networking concepts and mobile applications, with troubleshooting ability - Solid understanding of solutions and products, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; law enforcement experience considered an asset but not required - Demonstrated ability to drive and track multiple simultaneous projects with strong problem-solving skills - Willingness to travel approximately 40 percent within Australia with occasional international travel - Bachelor's degree in management, business, information technology, information systems, or an applicable technical engineering discipline
