Role overview Help build a visual learning platform that makes quantum computing easier to explore through interactive circuits, simulations, and lessons. The work centers on creating clear, responsive interfaces for learning and experimentation, including visualizations of quantum states and measurement results.
Responsibilities - Build a drag-and-drop quantum circuit interface with synchronized code views. - Create interactive visualizations such as Bloch spheres and probability charts. - Develop lesson navigation and curriculum delivery experiences. - Support an open-ended sandbox for experimentation with quantum concepts. - Improve responsive behavior and accessibility across the platform.
Requirements - Frontend engineering experience suited to building interactive web applications. - Ability to work with React and TypeScript; the project also uses Vite and Zustand. - Interest in translating technical or abstract concepts into understandable visual experiences. - Ability to work independently and manage your own methods and schedule. - US-based eligibility for this independent contractor arrangement.
Benefits and work setup This is a fully remote, part-time-eligible 1099 contribution role with flexible hours and no minimum commitment or set schedule. It has no salary, wages, stipend, or guaranteed compensation. Contributors may qualify for ongoing royalties from specified commercial revenue of the educational platform; eligibility and terms depend on written agreements signed before contributions begin. The arrangement is speculative, and contributors may receive no financial return. Contributions are subject to intellectual property assignment terms.
