SRE / DevOps Engineer

Role overview An SRE / DevOps Engineer role focused on safeguarding the reliability, availability, and rapid recovery of production services that span both web applications and machine learning workloads. The position blends Site Reliability Engineering discipline with hands-on DevOps automation, helping engineering teams ship changes safely while keeping systems resilient under real-world load. Responsibilities - Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for critical services, and use those signals to influence engineering priorities and release decisions. - Automate runbooks, incident response workflows, and on-call rotations to shorten mean time to detect and recover from incidents. - Build and refine deployment pipelines, including canary releases and rollback mechanisms, so that changes reach production safely and predictably. - Strengthen observability through metrics, logs, and traces, and run chaos testing and resilience exercises to validate recovery paths. - Contribute to capacity planning, cost-aware scaling, and shared operational tooling across web and ML infrastructure.

Requirements - At least three years of hands-on SRE or DevOps experience running production systems at scale. - Working knowledge of monitoring stacks such as Prometheus and Grafana, along with centralized logging and alerting pipelines. - Practical experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, CI/CD platforms, and container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes. - Strong scripting skills for automation, paired with disciplined troubleshooting across distributed services and varied tech stacks.
