Role overview
A remote, part-time Salesforce Developer position supporting revenue operations through platform craftsmanship and integrations. The role focuses on Apex and Lightning Web Components, connecting upstream and downstream systems, and tightening data quality for sales and customer success workflows. Compensation is annualized in the $95,000–$120,000 range and pro-rated for part-time work.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and document Apex and Lightning Web Components mapped to revenue operations priorities. - Integrate Salesforce with adjacent platforms including an internal media operations product, billing, marketing, and support systems. - Strengthen data models, validation rules, and flows to raise data quality and compliance posture. - Stand up CI/CD pipelines, code review standards, and release governance. - Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics teams to ship dashboards and reporting.
Requirements
- Four or more years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL. - Hands-on integration experience using REST or SOAP and OAuth2, ideally with middleware or iPaaS tooling. - CI/CD, packaging, and test automation fluency including metadata or source tracking. - Working knowledge of security review best practices, governor limits, and performance tuning.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification. - CPQ experience. - Revenue operations domain familiarity.
