Insights Storyteller

Role overview Turn customer interaction data into clear, compelling stories that help healthcare organizations make informed business decisions. The role combines qualitative and quantitative analysis with client-facing presentations and workshops, then uses audience feedback to improve future storytelling and inform product development.

Responsibilities - Analyze customer conversations using qualitative and quantitative methods to identify patterns and actionable findings. - Plan insight workshops with client-facing colleagues and shape the content around client priorities. - Build polished presentation materials that make data understandable and engaging. - Present findings, facilitate discussion and brainstorming, and respond to audience questions, mostly online and sometimes in person. - Prepare follow-up reports and incorporate feedback into future sessions. - Share product feedback and feature ideas, while continuing to develop knowledge of the platform, clients, and storytelling approach.

Requirements - 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing business-to-business role, particularly presenting to clients. - Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and turning findings into practical recommendations. - Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Ability to manage projects, research, priorities, and detail while working independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, comfort with web applications and virtual meetings, and willingness to learn new tools. - Residence in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have - A relevant bachelor’s degree or experience in SaaS, healthcare, or business-to-business professional services. - Familiarity with the healthcare industry and publicly available AI tools.
