Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dependable APIs, services, and integrations that support the product - Implement backend workflows that translate requirements into working functionality - Learn and apply production engineering practices, including testing, monitoring, and deployment conventions - Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards - Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines across the team to deliver features
Requirements
- Foundational programming skills applicable to backend development - Familiarity with at least one backend language and common web frameworks - Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and service-oriented architectures - Willingness to learn production engineering practices on the job - Ability to work effectively inside a multidisciplinary team
