Cloud Support Administrator (Remote LATAM)

Role overview Provide advanced support for customer cloud environments, with a focus on Azure infrastructure, networking, security, and service reliability. The role handles escalated incidents and service requests, maintains client systems, and improves repeatability through documentation and automation. It is remote and listed for LATAM.

Responsibilities - Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority Azure incidents, following incident, problem, and change management practices. - Configure and maintain customer infrastructure, monitoring, alerts, network services, firewalls, VPNs, routing, and load balancing. - Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtual infrastructure, and Azure recovery and disaster recovery capabilities. - Create and maintain operating procedures, client runbooks, and training materials, including automation guidance. - Use PowerShell and Bicep with CI/CD practices to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments. - Join an on-call rotation for escalated support and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to clients.

Requirements - At least three years of Azure cloud support or administration experience. - Experience with network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, policy management, routing, and load balancing. - Hands-on scripting and infrastructure automation experience, particularly with PowerShell and Bicep, plus CI/CD practices. - Knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management, and demonstrated analytical and root-cause troubleshooting skills. - Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - A technical degree or equivalent experience; Azure Administrator certification is preferred, with the source indicating it must be earned within 90 days if not already held.

Nice to have - Experience with Azure Site Recovery, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Lighthouse, and multi-client environments. - Familiarity with Hyper-V or VMware and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC.
