About this role
Role overview A Senior Mobile Producer is sought to lead end-to-end production for a growing portfolio of mobile and web games, balancing work between porting existing titles and developing new ones. This is a product-focused production role, not a marketing role, and involves managing multiple games in parallel across internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities - Own the full production lifecycle from concept and product exploration through production, QA, platform submission, launch, and post-launch support. - Lead the porting of existing titles to mobile and other platforms, coordinating external porting teams, schedules, quality, and platform compliance. - Manage multiple concurrent games, maintaining clear priorities, milestones, risks, and dependencies across the portfolio. - Coordinate testing, certification, and submission processes for Apple and Google, including bug tracking and release readiness. - Evaluate and apply appropriate game engines and production technologies, and explore practical uses of AI to accelerate workflows and prototyping. - Build repeatable production processes, documentation, and best practices that support a growing portfolio.
Requirements - 10 years of mobile and/or web game production experience with a strong track record of shipping mobile games. - Deep familiarity with mobile platform requirements, testing, certification, and submission for Apple and Google, plus hands-on experience with engines such as Unity, Godot, and Defold. - Demonstrated ability to manage external development, co-development, and porting partners across schedules, scope, quality, and delivery. - Strong understanding of game design and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, artists, and QA teams. - Familiarity with mobile monetization models and the product decisions that drive engagement, retention, and commercial performance. - Availability to work effectively within Australian, New Zealand, Southeast Asian, Japanese, or Korean time zones.

Benefits and work setup - Remote-friendly, with Melbourne considered ideal but not required. - Target salary range of AUD $125,000 to $140,000.
