Product Manager (EU)

Role overview Guide the lifecycle of AI-focused digital products, translating established business priorities into a clear and executable roadmap. Work closely with engineering, design, project delivery, and business stakeholders to shape features, keep development on track, and incorporate user feedback as products evolve.

Responsibilities - Sequence roadmap initiatives so teams understand priorities and what should be delivered now versus later. - Collaborate with technical leads on implementation choices and with design partners on user experience and interface decisions. - Break roadmap work into trackable deliverables with project management partners and monitor progress against schedules. - Make and meet explicit commitments, including regular status updates and decisions by agreed dates. - Lead product demonstrations for prospective clients and explain the value of product capabilities. - Keep product plans aligned with business priorities and innovation goals.

Requirements - Product management experience, ideally including exposure to AI solutions. - Demonstrated ability to lead product teams and manage development from concept through launch. - Strong analytical skills, including defining and evaluating product performance and quality metrics. - Effective communication and negotiation skills for engaging stakeholders and motivating teams. - Proficiency with agile project management practices. - Understanding of user research and how it informs product design and development.
