Full Stack Engineer

Role overview A hands-on senior engineering position focused on owning product features from initial concept through production deployment. The role spans the entire stack—user interface, API layer, and data systems—within a product team that builds AI-driven software. It emphasizes shipping reliable code, making sound technical decisions autonomously, and using AI tooling as a daily accelerator while maintaining engineering judgment.

Responsibilities - Build and own features end-to-end across UI, API, and data layers, from design discussion through testing, deployment, and production support. - Translate product requirements and architectural direction into maintainable code, breaking larger initiatives into shippable increments. - Develop accessible, responsive interfaces using a modern framework (React, Vue, or similar) in TypeScript, with attention to perceived performance and user experience. - Design and build services and APIs (REST/GraphQL or event-driven) with sound data models across relational and non-relational stores, including third-party integrations. - Conduct thorough code reviews, refactor deliberately to reduce technical debt, and escalate architectural concerns when contracts or requirements don't hold up. - Use AI tooling daily across design, coding, and review, applying judgment to verify and refine AI-assisted output.

Requirements - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems across frontend and backend. - Strong fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with production experience owning non-trivial code in both. - Frontend depth with a modern framework in TypeScript, plus responsive layout, accessibility, and browser performance awareness. - Backend depth in building services and APIs with solid data modeling, plus hands-on AWS experience (ECS/EKS, RDS/S3, IAM). - Comfort with modern CI/CD and Git workflows, including PR-based review, branching, and automated testing. - Hands-on experience building production features on top of LLM/agent APIs (e.g., AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic), including prompt/context design, retrieval, and agent orchestration. - Advanced English and comfort working fully remote in a distributed team.

Nice to have - Strong design sensibility with experience working from a design system and partnering closely with designers. - Experience integrating multiple third-party platforms in production (Slack, GitHub, Atlassian, Salesforce, Stripe, MCP servers). - Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation/CDK, Pulumi). - Experience with multi-tenant or enterprise-facing products with security and data-residency constraints. - Familiarity with observability tooling (Datadog, Grafana, Sentry). - Experience mentoring engineers or leading sizable feature implementations.
