Senior Software Engineer

Role overview Lead the development of production software from early problem discovery through launch. You’ll own architecture and delivery across the stack, work directly with client stakeholders, and help other engineers produce reliable, maintainable systems.

Responsibilities - Scope features and services, make architectural choices, implement solutions, and guide them into production. - Choose practical technologies and document important trade-offs. - Use AI-supported development workflows and add language-model capabilities when they serve a clear product need. - Review code, pair with teammates, and mentor engineers. - Clarify client goals with stakeholders and turn them into delivered software.

Requirements - At least five years of experience building and shipping production software, including ownership of deployed systems. - Strong TypeScript and React or Next.js experience, plus backend development in Node, Python, or Go. - Knowledge of system design, relational databases, APIs, and AWS or GCP infrastructure. - Clear written communication and the ability to work asynchronously across time zones.

Nice to have - Experience delivering LLM-powered features or agent workflows. - Work on direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or high-traffic consumer products. - Hands-on ownership of Kubernetes, Terraform, or CI/CD pipelines.
