Senior DevOps Engineer - Poland (Remote)

Role overview Own and improve cloud infrastructure for a hosted software platform, combining platform engineering with day-to-day operations. You’ll work with a small DevOps team to keep services reliable, secure, observable, and cost-effective, while partnering with engineering and security colleagues.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows. - Manage Kubernetes environments and support availability, performance, scaling, and cloud cost goals. - Monitor infrastructure and workloads, improve alerting and observability, and respond to incidents as part of an on-call rotation. - Apply infrastructure security and compliance practices in partnership with security teams. - Coordinate with engineering teams on platform projects, incident resolution, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements - At least five years in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE, including two or more years working with Azure. - Hands-on infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or OpenTofu. - Experience with Azure services, cloud architecture, AKS, Kubernetes, containers, and microservices. - Practical experience with CI/CD, DevOps methods, and horizontal scaling. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging using Azure services and the Grafana stack. - Ability to investigate and resolve incidents under pressure and participate in on-call coverage.

Nice to have - Experience with Argo CD, Crossplane, Kargo, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. - Azure certifications or experience with AWS.
