Project Manager

Role overview A Project Manager position within a software services consultancy that builds web applications, mobile apps, and commerce platform integrations for clients in industries such as agriculture, healthcare, and e-commerce. The role is responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary delivery teams, managing client relationships, and keeping projects on schedule, on scope, and on budget across concurrent engagements.

Responsibilities - Plan and track end-to-end delivery of digital and software engineering projects, from discovery through launch and ongoing production support - Coordinate cross-functional teams covering UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, QA, and DevOps - Lead requirements analysis, product definition, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders - Manage scope, risks, change requests, and budgets across multiple active projects - Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams, including nearshore and dedicated-team setups - Support proof-of-concept, MVP, and iterative delivery models alongside engineering leads

Requirements - Demonstrated experience managing software development or digital product projects - Familiarity with web application, mobile, API integration, and cloud-based system delivery - Comfort working with distributed, nearshore, or dedicated engineering teams - Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and requirements analysis skills - Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery practices - Exposure to commerce platforms, SaaS integrations, or enterprise software ecosystems

Nice to have - Background coordinating projects in AgTech, healthcare, or e-commerce domains - Experience with team augmentation, MVP launches, or proof-of-concept engagements - Comfort engaging with software architecture and data management conversations alongside technical leads
