Product Launch Manager - Execution Framework

Role overview A remote opportunity for an experienced launch manager to orchestrate complex cross-functional product launches within a SaaS environment. The role drives alignment, readiness, and execution from launch intake through general availability and post-launch review, partnering with product, marketing, sales, support, and operations teams. It suits someone who thrives on coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives while adapting frameworks to different launch tiers and complexities.

Responsibilities

- Orchestrate end-to-end product launches across multiple functions, keeping teams aligned on objectives, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and readiness requirements. - Apply a standardized launch execution framework, adapting processes, templates, and governance to fit the tier, complexity, and business impact of each launch. - Facilitate launch team meetings, readiness reviews, and key decision forums to drive alignment, accountability, and timely decisions. - Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and readiness gaps early; coordinate mitigation plans and escalate to leadership when needed. - Maintain visibility into launch progress, surfacing status, risks, and decisions that require executive attention. - Coordinate several concurrent launches and complex workstreams, refining processes to address ambiguity and shifting business needs.

Requirements

- 5+ years in launch management, program management, product operations, product marketing, go-to-market, or a related cross-functional role within a SaaS or technology company. - Demonstrated experience coordinating complex initiatives spanning multiple teams, stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities. - Strong organizational and project planning skills with the ability to manage several launches simultaneously. - Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. - Proven ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority, building alignment and accountability across teams. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience navigating ambiguity and escalating issues appropriately.
