AI Prompt Specialist

Role overview Create and refine prompts that help deliver dependable AI outputs for marketing, automation, and client-facing work. You will translate business needs into reusable instructions and collaborate with developers so prompt-based workflows can be used across applications and internal tools.

Responsibilities - Design, test, and improve prompts for marketing, automation, and customer solutions. - Build reusable prompt libraries and templates for content, search optimization, social media, product, and workflow tasks. - Partner with developers to integrate prompts into applications, agents, and internal tools. - Assess model outputs for quality, accuracy, tone, and fit with the intended brand voice. - Document useful prompt patterns, safeguards, and team practices. - Track changes in language model capabilities and recommend workflow improvements.

Requirements - Strong written English; additional languages are an advantage. - Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar language models. - Understanding of marketing, business operations, or software products. - Examples or a portfolio showing prompt design or AI-assisted content work. - Careful attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to iterate quickly.
