Requirements
- Experience with routing, switching, and network design principles - Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and segmentation strategies applied to OT networks - Hands-on experience conducting security architecture or design reviews for OT/ICS environments - Proficiency applying threat modeling frameworks to OT contexts, such as MITRE ATT&CK for ICS - Programming experience in one or more general-purpose languages (for example, Python, Go, or Rust) - Track record of developing and operationalizing defensive controls in industrial or corporate production environments - Ability to work autonomously and own complex, multi-stakeholder projects - Prior participation in or support of incident response events - Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance - Willingness to travel up to 50%
Nice to have
- Familiarity with OT protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, or Ethernet/IP - Experience with ICS/SCADA vendor platforms including Siemens, Rockwell, or Honeywell - Background building bespoke solutions in high-growth, high-complexity network environments - Strong Linux administration skills
Benefits and work setup
- Base salary range of $166,000–$220,000 USD, with equity grants included in the majority of full-time offers - Comprehensive health and recovery benefits for employees and their dependents - Hybrid working pattern with regular on-site presence at factory and production facilities
