Solutions Architecture Lead

Role overview Lead the architecture and delivery of complex customer projects for a SaaS platform used to manage electric vehicle charging infrastructure and operations. This senior individual-contributor role spans the customer lifecycle: you may shape a solution during pre-sales, lead onboarding and migration after a contract is signed, then guide later integrations or major initiatives.

Responsibilities - Advise prospective customers on solution architecture and migration approaches during pre-sales discussions. - Plan project scope, effort, estimates, and risks to support proposals and contracting. - Lead customer onboarding and migration through go-live, coordinating the technical delivery. - Help existing customers plan and deliver integrations and other complex projects. - Translate business needs and technical requirements into clear, achievable implementation plans. - Transition completed projects into ongoing customer operations with a clear handover.

Requirements - Deep technical grounding in solution architecture and delivery of complex customer projects. - Strong customer-facing communication, with confidence in both business and technical discussions. - Ability to assess requirements, shape migration strategies, and develop credible estimates and risk plans. - Experience guiding engagements from early scoping through implementation and operational handover. - Based in France, with an interest in electric mobility.
