Role overview
A remote customer care analyst role supporting the Foodservice market within a North American packaging organisation. The position owns accurate, compliant, and timely item and customer data across multiple systems, while helping enable efficient order-to-cash processes and reliable product information for customers. It combines data stewardship with light customer interaction and supports sustainability and certification programmes.
Responsibilities
- Drive date and item management on ISCC-certified items in the customer master screens, and monitor pricing structures against ISCC pricing guidelines. - Produce monthly and yearly reporting on ISCC items and overall totals sold, and resolve ISCC exclusion reports. - Provide foundational data to the Sustainability team and support sustainability reporting initiatives. - Maintain and troubleshoot EDI connectivity with customers during the order-to-cash process, working to minimise repeat errors. - Serve as point of contact for assigned external customer and third-party online portals, responding to product, return, credit, and general inquiries. - Maintain Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) item attributes through the OneWorldSync Portal, including new item uploads and ongoing updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or data analytics. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite. - JD Edwards experience required, with item setup, customer cross-reference, and bill of material knowledge preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with both external customers and internal colleagues. - Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
