GTM engineer

Role overview Take client software projects from initial discussion through architecture, implementation, production launch, and ongoing support. You’ll work in a small project group, communicate directly with clients, and make practical decisions across the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities - Clarify client needs and shape them into a workable technical approach. - Design system architecture and make implementation decisions. - Build and deploy software, then support it when issues arise. - Coordinate closely with a small team throughout each project.

Requirements - Sound technical judgment and the ability to choose appropriate solutions. - Comfort owning work from early discovery through production support. - Ability to communicate with clients and explain technical decisions. - Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL is relevant to the typical stack; deployments may use Firebase or Linux servers.
