Senior/Staff Product Designer

Role overview

Lead design work that turns complex, data-rich product capabilities into clear, cohesive experiences grounded in customer workflows. This senior individual contributor role spans early concepts through delivery, with a particular focus on making AI-supported workflows intuitive and trustworthy. You’ll also help strengthen shared design practices and raise the quality of work across the design team.

Responsibilities - Lead strategic design initiatives and define end-to-end workflows that work across the product. - Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to shape experiences from concept through implementation. - Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into scalable, high-quality designs. - Contribute to shared design systems, patterns, and practices that improve consistency and craft. - Mentor fellow designers and communicate design direction clearly to cross-functional partners. - Follow emerging technologies and AI capabilities and apply relevant ideas to improve product experiences.

Requirements - At least 10 years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design and systems thinking. - Demonstrated ability to deliver polished, user-centered experiences for complex products and workflows. - Ability to work through ambiguity and turn complex requirements into experiences that scale. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence partners across disciplines. - Commitment to design quality and attention to detail through development and delivery.

Nice to have - A degree in product design, graphic design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field.
