Staff Analytics Engineer

Role overview Step into a Staff-level Analytics Engineering role responsible for the data transformation layer of a platform ingesting hundreds of millions of events daily from diverse sources. The position sits at the intersection of data architecture, modeling, and stakeholder enablement, shaping how the business consumes reliable data products.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain scalable data models in dbt and SQL that serve a wide range of analytical and operational use cases. - Establish and enforce technical standards for modeling, development, testing, and monitoring to uphold data quality, integrity, and discoverability. - Partner directly with finance, operations, customer success, and marketing teams to translate requirements into dependable data products.

Requirements - 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering with a strong emphasis on the transformation stage of ELT pipelines. - Expert-level SQL skills and deep, hands-on proficiency with dbt for complex transformations. - Working proficiency in Python for transformations that extend beyond SQL.
