Digital Product Manager Expert - Security Platforms

Role overview Lead the strategy and delivery of enterprise security products that help protect technology assets and build security into everyday software development. You’ll partner with security and engineering teams to shape platforms and workflows, with success measured through reduced risk, stronger developer experience, and compliance outcomes.

Responsibilities - Set product vision, roadmap, and measurable goals in line with enterprise security and compliance needs. - Plan for changing threats and requirements, building products that can scale over time. - Identify where AI can streamline security operations, decision-making, and routine work. - Work with engineering and security teams to add secure-by-default capabilities to development environments and CI/CD workflows. - Manage backlogs, user stories, product ceremonies, and iterative releases. - Track adoption, risk, and product performance; share progress, trade-offs, and insights with stakeholders.

Requirements - At least five years of experience scoping, discovering, and managing digital products and their backlogs. - Experience coaching or mentoring product management peers in a technology organization. - Strong understanding of security principles, secure software development lifecycles, and DevSecOps. - Ability to define KPIs or OKRs, use data to guide decisions, and plan for long-term product impact. - Experience with Agile delivery and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, policy-as-code, or security automation.

Nice to have - Familiarity with application security testing, secrets management, identity and access management, vulnerability management, or cloud security tools. - Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; product collaboration and delivery tools; or AI-assisted development tools. - Relevant security certifications or equivalent experience.
