About this role
Role overview A technical builder role that owns the go-to-market technology ecosystem behind a fast-growing SaaS platform. The position designs, integrates, and optimizes the automations, data pipelines, and system architecture that connect marketing, sales, and customer success tools, partnering with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to translate business strategy into scalable technical execution.
Responsibilities - Design and build end-to-end GTM technology architecture, ensuring scalability and interoperability across CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, and customer success systems. - Build and maintain integrations using APIs and iPaaS platforms such as n8n, Tray.io, or Zapier, ensuring seamless data synchronization across the GTM stack. - Identify and ship automations that improve productivity and data hygiene, writing scripts in SQL, Python, and JavaScript to support automation and large-scale data manipulation. - Build and maintain data pipelines across GTM systems for consistency, timeliness, and accuracy, and partner with Data Engineering to support unified reporting and BI dashboards. - Translate business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into technical solutions, diagnose complex data-flow issues, and document root causes to prevent recurrence. - Evaluate new GTM technologies, track vendor roadmaps, and recommend build-versus-buy decisions to leadership.
Requirements - 8+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a similar technical role within a SaaS environment. - Hands-on experience building and maintaining CRM integrations, with Salesforce preferred. - Proficiency with iPaaS platforms such as n8n, Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier. - Working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript) for automation and data manipulation. - Strong understanding of data pipeline management, data hygiene practices, and GTM data architecture, plus experience with data warehousing concepts and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or dbt. - Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Gong) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero). - Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have - Experience evaluating emerging GTM technologies and contributing to tech-stack roadmap decisions.
