Platform Engineer (x/f/m) - Tech Foundations

Role overview Create the platform foundations that help product engineering teams build and operate services reliably at scale. The work covers infrastructure, observability, security, and reusable tooling, with an emphasis on making sound defaults easy to adopt so product teams can deliver without needing constant platform support.

Responsibilities - Design and operate infrastructure and developer tooling, including deployment rollouts, alerting, on-call practices, and incident response. - Build reusable libraries, guardrails, and abstractions that improve reliability and control costs as systems grow. - Develop platform capabilities that let product teams ship features quickly with minimal dependence on platform specialists. - Partner with engineering teams to make operational needs part of the way services are built and run. - Support production systems with attention to scale, reliability, and operational readiness.

Requirements - Experience building and operating production infrastructure or platform systems. - Ability to handle operational responsibilities such as rollouts, alerting, on-call, and incident response. - A track record of creating reusable tools or patterns that improve reliability and cost control. - Strong collaboration skills and an enabling approach to working with product engineering teams. - Fluent English; French is not required. - The listing indicates a target level above C1 and emphasizes curiosity and potential.
