Frontend Engineer (React / Next.js)

Role overview

Build and improve customer storefronts and merchant dashboards using React and Next.js. The work spans responsive interface development, Arabic and right-to-left support, accessibility, and performance, with close collaboration with design and contributions to shared UI components.

Responsibilities

- Develop responsive, accessible interfaces with React and Next.js. - Implement right-to-left layouts and Arabic typography across product surfaces. - Improve loading speed and user experience against Core Web Vitals, including LCP. - Turn design specifications into polished production interfaces. - Maintain shared UI components and write component and integration tests.

Requirements

- At least four years of React development experience. - Proficiency with TypeScript and strong CSS skills. - Experience with the Next.js App Router. - Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design, and utility-first CSS such as Tailwind. - Careful attention to visual detail and interface quality.

Nice to have

- Experience with Arabic user experiences and right-to-left layouts. - Familiarity with Astro or other web frameworks. - Background building e-commerce storefronts or checkout flows.
