Product Designer

Role overview Partner with product and engineering teams to shape clear user flows and interfaces. This role covers the full design process, from interpreting research and simplifying complex problems to supporting delivery and refining the broader design language.

Responsibilities - Design product flows and interfaces in collaboration with product and engineering. - Run design reviews and ensure feedback informs subsequent work. - Help evolve the design system, including reusable components and patterns. - Contribute to the development of the visual language. - Translate user research findings into product decisions. - Manage design work from discovery and research through delivery.

Requirements - Five or more years of product design experience; B2B or regulated-sector experience is preferred. - Fluency with Figma and Linear, including file organization and component management. - Enough web knowledge to read CSS and understand implementation constraints. - A portfolio with case studies demonstrating how you simplified complex flows. - Strong written English communication.
